Easy on the go Smoothies

Some days, I stand on my counter for way too long thinking of all the endless smoothie combos I can make. So many fruit choices, greens, juices, seeds, proteins, oh my! But then there are some days where I just need to get out the door. Here are my favorite out-the-door smoothies.

Blackberry Pomegranate

1 cup crushed ice

1 cup blackberries

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup pomegranate juice

1/4 cup water


Tropical Green

1 cup crushed ice

1 cup pineapple

1/2 cup mango

2 cups baby spinach

1/2 orange juice


Red Berries

1 cup crushed ice

1 cup strawberries

1/4 cup raspberries

1/2 orange juice

1/4 plain non-fat yogurt
