I love working out, I honestly do.
Weight lifting? Every day.
Hiking? All the time.
But cardio? Running? Dear god I hate it. I would rather do anything else. I can make up a million excuses why NOT to go for a run.
But here the secret. A good playlist. A playlist that makes you so happy and enerergized that you want to move to it. I want to share with you MY running playlist. Take one song, or the whole thing. I hope it inspires you to get out and move!
